CANON EOS 600D REVIEW
This is a review of the latest Canon EOS 600D released. The compact, lightweight SLR camera has everything on board for capturing beautiful photos as well as Full HD videos. The Canon EOS 600D captures clear colors with a lot of detail, thanks to the 18 Megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor that works together with the 14-bits DIGIC 4 image processor. With the 9-point AF-system, each image is razor sharp; an precision focusing is possible thanks to an extremely sensitive AF-sensor that is centrally placed.
OLYMPUS SP-610 UZ REVIEW
Olympus SP-610 UZ is the latest camera to be released by the company. At the start of this year, at the same time as the ten-year anniversary of the SP-series, Olympus’ super-zoom camera line was extended with the Olympus SP-610UZ. This powerful mega-zoom camera is characterized by a 22x optical wide-angle zoom with double image stabilization. Next to the nice compact body, the Olympus SP-610UZ has diverse advanced photo functions for close-up photography as well as group portraits.
SAMSUNG NX100 REVIEW
The Samsung NX100 is the latest camera to have been released by Samsung and it promises to be extremely exciting. When we reviewed Samsung's first hybrid ILC (Interchangeable Lens Camera), the NX10, we were impressed with the AMOLED screen, full-manual options and the camera's promising lens system as well as its superb size and ergonomics. The newer NX100 is slightly smaller, looks and feels less like a DSLR but offers a range of shooting options as well as Samsung's latest optics and technology solutions.
SONY NEX-3 REVIEW
The Sony NEX-3 is the latest camera to hit the stores from the renowned Japanese company. Micro Four Third cameras have been garnering a lot of attention of late, especially from the digital camera manufacturers. These cameras boast of DSLR-like features and image quality, and come with interchangeable lenses, but are lightweight. They share image sensor size and specifications with Four Third system DSLRs, but do not employ pentaprisms for the sake of compactness, thus sacrificing flange focal distance.

SAMSUNG PL150 REVIEW
This is a review of the latest Samsung digital camera, the PL150. Initially the PL150's 1.5" colour LCD front screen screamed "marketing gimmick!", however after a week or so of actual use over the summer holidays, I began to appreciate its sheer utility.
CANON EOS 60D REVIEW
The CANON EOS 60D is a 14.6MP camera launched by Canon. Some significant changes have met the Canon EOS 60D compared to its predecessor, the Canon EOS 50D; the most blatant being the 3-inch Clear View LCD with 1,040,000 pixels. Not only is the screen a jump in resolution, but it also flips out and rotates 270 degrees. The 60D is the first EOS DSLR to feature the vari-angle LCD, and it sports a 3:2 aspect ratio.
PANASONIC REVIEW
Panasonic Lumix DMC-FX700 Digital Camera is a 14.1-megapixel digital camera from Panasonic. This 14.1-megapixel digital camera from Panasonic gives you impressive speed, great still images, high-quality 1080i HD video and a 5x optical zoom. The Lumix DMC-FX700 is one sleek camera, but you really pay for it because of its high price.
It also comes with the chance to win Take That Tickets if you buy it from Amazon (a winner for the girls out there!)
Nikon Coolpix s3000 Camera Review
The new Nikon Coolpix s3000 is one of the latest addition to the Coolpix range of cameras by Nikon. This one succeeds the Nikon s220. Coolpix s3000 got a super slim body at just 19mm and serves as the perfect solution to get all of your friends and family in a single frame with its wide angle lens and a zoom capacity up to 4x.
Apart from the features mentioned above, it also provides some other great features to ensure your pictures come out the best. It provides for four different kind of anti blur functions that also include electronic vibration reduction to make your pictures clearer.
Photography Basics: Composition
There are many photo opportunities where it is not only acceptable, but actually preferred, to place the subject in the middle of the frame (examples being group shots of 5 to 15 people).
However, there are other times when doing so will only generate a very boring picture (no, this is NOT a basic photography tip on how to produce boring photos).
One of the most basic photography tips that exists is called "The Rule of Thirds." When composing a shot, divide up the picture frame into a vertical and horizontal grid of thirds (similar to a tic-tac-toe board).
